Sponsored Walk Home

On 20th and 21st March I am planning to make a long journey on foot home to Kirkbymoorside from Billingham, County Durham in order to raise money for Freddie's Fight, a fundraising effort to get a little boy called Freddie the treatment he needs in New York (at a cost of £250K) for Neroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer.  

I plan to start early on the Wednesday morning by skating a dozen laps of Billingham Forum ice rink, a home from home for me, hopefully accompanied by a couple of mates, then set off home to Kirby walking via the Tees Transporter bridge, Middlesbrough, Great Ayton  and across the moors to end in the pub on Thursday evening.

My longest walking effort to date was 34 miles in May 2015, that was tough and this will be tougher, please support me and this great cause if you can!
