Help my dad with his deductible

On August 23, 2015 my dad had two strokes. He was in the ICU for a week and they just transferred him to a rehab hospital in Ormond Beach, FL. They estimate he will be there for at least a month.
On top of the strokes, they found a whole slew of new health problems that we were unaware of. Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and he also had a Bells Palsy attack. Now he will need to be on life supporting medicine for the rest of his life.
Dad had bare minimum insurance with a $7000 deductible. Until that is paid, they won't be able to get his medications when he is out of the hospital. My parents are really struggling right now, so any bit will help.
