Most countries in Latin America have a big pet overpopulation problematic and the most humane way of controlling this pressing issue is through STERILIZATION.

Street animals reproduce quickly. In 3 years, 1 unspayed female and 1 unneutered male can produce 512 dogs and 382 cats. Most times, these innocent beings are born into a life of misery and neglect.

Please support "HOLA " (Humane Outreach for Latin Animals) on its pilot project in Cartagena, Colombia, where a team of 9 Canadian volunteers aim to help spay and neuter approximately 400 dogs and cats over 4 days.
