Spargoland Equipment + Build

Having been touched by the stories of a number of carers around Essex, Ian Marshall, director of Spargo Hairdressing, developed Spargoland to give members of the disabled community a safe, secure and welcoming environment to have their hair cut. Whilst it's a service that many of us undertake with ease, the wider community is overlooked in the industry and we are proud to be the first business developing a purpose-built salon, packed with features and equipment to make haircuts part of everyone's day-to-day life. Our sensory area, padded flooring and the training that Ian has undertaken means that it will be possible for cuts to be performed on the floor, or with low-lighting and relaxing music.

We are raising money to finish the build and equip it with all of the tools, products and medical equipment that we require to ensure that we can service as many members of this community as possible and meet their needs.
