How Can I Buy a Full Head of Hair?

This ain't your average Go Fund Me
I am without a full head of hair and this is not from having chemo therapy, or having Trichotillomania and not even for having Alopecia. It is only because I was severely burned down to my skull. Since I have lost my hair from being burned I do not qualify for assistance to help with the cost for hair replacements of any kind.                                                                                                                                   I have contacted every known possible resource and even had The Phoenix Society help in search of funding but was told that the money contributions are only used for "large numbers of survivors" and are "focused on large-scale support-based programs and survivor advocacy."
"Examples of where donations go include making our programs possible, as well as survivor scholarships (for Phoenix World Burn Congress attendance) and other projects such as the Phoenix Education Grant"

                         My own naturally growing hair barely covered this for 20 years post injury date but a few years back I noticed my hair getting so thin that eventually I ended up having to get full coverage wigs at the local hair boutiques.............
I have a thin layer of scar tissue is the only thing that protects my skull from being exposed to the environment, should this be damaged or torn in any way then my skull would be susceptible to bacteria and could easily become life threatening if this got infected.
Professionals have advised me to afford myself health insurance, in-order to get coverage in cost for the Medical Grade Cranial Prosthethic that I undoubtably need.
So I had finally went and did just that, I got some health insurance, but turns out -the only affordable health insurance plan I was able to get, doesn't cover Medical Grade Cranial Prosthetics.

Alopecia/Cancer & Trichotillomania patients & children are eligible in receiving discounted hair prosthetics and services....where-as, burn survivors are not allowed any consideration to even be eligible in receiving support for cranial coverage by most -if not ALL hair restoration/replacement companies to date. 
                  
                 UPDATE: On June 20, 2017, I was given the chance of a lifetime by the most wonderful doctor in the world!  His name is doctor Alan J. Bauman and he is the founder of the Bauman Philanthropic Foundation. This doctor must have been god sent I tell you because not only did he listen to my story in full and read my letter to him several times over, he paid to have me fly out to Boca Raton Florida twice! He even had a very nice hotel room provided for me as well -both times!
