Sophie says thanks to Crumlin
Donation protected
Our daughter, Sophie-Mai Pierse has been a patient at Our Lady's Children's Hosptial in Crumlin for the past 15 years. During this time, she has undergone heart surgery 5 times and still attends out-patient clinic every 9 months. As a result of these interventions, she has and continues to lead a very happy and normal life.
Sophie-Mai would now like to say a big Thank You to Our Lady's Children's Hospital. Sophie's parents, brothers, uncles and aunts are all taking part in the Great Railway Run (10km/25km) from Cork City to Carrigaline on Sunday 28th April in a bid to raise over €10,000 for the Children's Medical & Research Foundation.
This event was especially chosen as Sophie's grandad Con Cooney, who passed away last August, grew up in Carrigaline.
Please consider making a donation and help bring a normal life to Crumlin's little patients
