Sophie's campaign for Amy Winehouse Foundation

As some of you may be aware, I lost my Dad over the last year. The Run up to that, with little to no support in London was testing times. These guys stepped in, And supported me in every possible way. This Is a foundation set up in honour of Amy Winehouse by her family,  Its main focus is helping young women, but over the years has branched out to put out its care in many other ways. 

Im running the Frome Marathon on the 21st of July. All of the money you give, will be going  directly to helping Young Women better there Lives. They do amazing stuff, and as always money is what keeps this going around. They provide housing, support, counselling, love, and a whole list of other stuff... 

I want to give a little back... So Im asking you to sponsor me. 

To those that have had the misfortune of experiencing grief.  I know that when Im moving, I feel good... And running is one way to fuel that...

People who will be in my thoughts when Im running...

My Dad... I love ya, Smart Cafe in Chelsea and Westminster who supported my Dad for years... Phoenix Futures; who got the worst of me (sorry), Piot and Hugo and Dave my Dads friends, who kept him going in his last few days. The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital... I love the NHS. They've seen my Dad more than me! My Dog from God 'David Howie'... My Family. Everyone at Amy Winehouse who make things happen... 

To every one in the world that is suffering...  And as Kate tempest says 'were all just sparks, in a tiny constellation, we're all just minuscule molecules that make up one body'...
