Soccer Saves for Down Syndrome
Hi! I am 11-year-old, Emory Riso. I am starting a fundraiser called Soccer Saves for Down Syndrome. I am a goalie for the FC Legacy Titanium soccer team. My inspiration for my fundraiser is the cutest girl ever, Bella! Bella has Down Syndrome but that doesn't stop her from living life to the fullest! I am raising money for the Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks. This amazing charity provides education, advocacy and awareness in the Ozarks for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. DSGO also has a new parent program that serves as a support system for young families. All funds raised will go to DSGO. My team will be playing 8 games in the Heartland League in Kansas City from August to November and I will be working hard to get as many saves as possible!
You can donate to my fundraiser in several different ways:
1) Pledge an amount towards each goal saved during my fall soccer season. You can make a per save pledge in the comments (with or without a pledge limit) and we will update the site as my saves add up!
2) Pledge an amount towards each half game shutout or full game shutout which means no goals scored! You can make a shutout pledge in the comments below, or
3) Simply make a donation!
Thank you for joining me in supporting this wonderful charity. I am very excited to help kids just like Bella!
