SMUSH SHELTER MEDICINE FUND STARTUP

Hi. It's Smush's mom, Shannon.
As most of you who follow Smushie know, I recently went to Puerto Rico with Maddie's Shelter Medicine Program at the University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine. I found out recently that the program is completely funded by grants and donations.
Because of my photography/videography work in the animal welfare community, I have come to know many veterinary students who have come through this amazing program. In fact, Lindsey, who saved Smush's life graduated from this program and is now a shelter veterinarian in Jacksonville, Florida.
I have also been blessed to know some of the most hard working shelter veterinarians who not only teach in the classroom or by giving lectures - but by actually going into the shelters and doing volunteer work like spaying/neutering and also by working side-by-side with the students... much like my recent trip with them to Puerto Rico.
I want them to be able to continue to do this important work!! I have decided to not only give the percentage of our Smush merchandise to UF Shelter Medicine Program, but to also fundraise on my own through Smush to do my part to keep this program going. Smush wouldn't be here without this program and the team it took to save her life!!
In order to get the fund set up, we have to have 2000 in donations to start. I don't have that yet, so I am starting this initial fundraiser now.
Please help me set up the Smush Official Shelter Medicine Fund at the University of Florida!
