Smokey's Kitties

Smokey (Eleven and Handsome Jack's streetwise sister) gave birth to a litter of three kittens in April 2017.  Once discovered, Smokey and her little family have been cared for by a group of friends, who already have lined up interested parties to be adopted when the time is right.


Nursing cats eat quite a bit, it turns out!  We have been feeding Smokey more often than we assumed to initially. Smokey also developed an upper resipratory infection within the past week that needed immediate veterinary attention, and was prescribed medication to alleviate the symptoms.


Your donations will go toward Smokey's current veterinary bills, as well as future heathcare and everyday items necessary to keep this small family going and ready for adoption.  As the kittens grow, needs will change, and the amount is what we estimate at this time for basic care and nurturing through adoption.  Any extra funds remaining will be used toward getting Smokey spayed, or we will donate the surplus funds to a local rescue group.
