Smiling Hearts Assoc for Children

Smiling Hearts Association for Children is an NGO run in the heart of Siem Reap, Cambodia. The school is commencing it's seventh year and is in need of desperate donations to ensure each student has a workbook for the year, and enough writing supplies. The foundation was set up by local Cambodian Aly San who has strived to make this school accessible for all children. The school caters from beginners to grade 8 and its success relies purely on volunteers and kindness from strangers.

My name is Elise and I am a past volunteer of the school, creating this campaign to help the school reach more donors. As paypal is restricted in Cambodia, I am running this from Australia. Every dollar counts in helping provide an education to children in need. Education is the key to the future, and as quoted by Nelson Mandela "education is the  most powerful weapon we can use to change the world". 

Please help this school to stay afloat through providing anything you can, no matter how small. We hope to raise enough money to ensure books and supplies can be bought for all students.
