Who We Are

Smart Girls on Campus is an Atlanta based community of professional women dedicated to guiding and supporting the women of the future. We have made it our mission to pass along what we have learned to the generations of young women that follow.

What We Do

Smart Girls on Campus provides creative workshops and activities that help young women build leadership skills, explore career options, manage stress more effectively, and get a glimpse of the real world – beyond the walls of high school. We take a hands-on approach to every case and, because of this, our enrollment is sometimes very limited.

Our Program

Career Bloom is a gap year program designed specifically for young women who are high school seniors or have recently graduated from high school. Through one-on-one mentorship, we challenge our students to think outside the box, helping them to develop critical thinking skills and gain the confidence to incorporate these new ways of thinking into their everyday lives.

Our Focus

Career Bloom is an educational bridge especially designed for high school graduates. Our focus is on young women specifically, and on giving them the skills they need to step into the next phase of their lives. We help our students bloom into career minded professionals.

We focus on real-life challenges, encouraging conversations that illuminate the everyday struggles and joys of life, helping to connect beliefs, convictions, and passions to the path ahead.  It’s about developing social and critical thinking, understanding the larger issues that affect the way we see the world and the way the world sees us.

Our main areas of focus include:

·         Self-realization: “What kind of person am I?”

·         Creating a personal roadmap for success

·         College vs. University analysis

·         Mock interviews

·         Budgeting and financial advice

·         Managing conflict and stress

·         Getting involved: lending a hand in your community

·         Career styling and matching

·         Assistance with training program enrollment

Simply put, we help to prepare our students for what’s to come, so that they learn to make smart choices while staying true to who they are. For more information, Visit Smartgirlsat.org .
