Skylar was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and has started chemotherapy and treatment at Vanderbilt hospital. The family, including their older daughter Kyleigh Brooke, will be alternating time between the hospital and home for at least the next 6 months for the initial course of treatment.
