Ric's Skydive for mens mental health

In September I will be jumping out of a plane to raise money for a mens mental health charity called muted. As someone who has suffered from mental health issues myself and also received free help It is very important that we as men and women are able to talk openly about mental health and also receive help should we struggle. Mental health and suicide is sadly one of the biggest killers of young men in this country and it would be awesome to raise some money for a worthy cause. Please donate if you feel you can afford to. Any thing even if just a quid would be amazing!
