Sky dive for suicide and self-harm prevention

I will be taking part in a skydive for the charity lighthouse on the 7th of March 2020. Lighthouse was set up in 2003 as a community response to the high amount of suicides in Belfast. It has increased a lot since then and I believe this charity needs to be recognised more than ever.They provides a 'beacon of hope to individuals,families and communities as well as providing support services and aims to save lives,offer advice and support those affected by suicide and self harm.Northern Ireland has one of the highest rates !! This issue needs to be tackled head on, mental health is just as important as physical health, let's help break the stigma of mental health and get people talking. This charity means a lot to me and I would really appreciate all donations.
