Skate Park For The Kids

Hello, My name is Zack Tatoosh i have been a Skateboarder in Port Alberni, B.C Canada for over 6 years. I am a non-profit organizer who speaks for the new and old gereation of Skaters and other sets of wheels.

Skateboarding has changed my life in so many ways and always been a great way to stay active, make new friends and just clear my head.

Today our skatepark is located next to the new Alberni District Secondary School where there new generation of kids decide to spend alot of time.

Our skatepark is out of date and was built over 20 years ago..... it was started by the local skaters and their parents going door to door raising money and doing fundraising.

So i would like to start this go-fund me page in helps of raising enough $ just like they did before and build a new skatepark that is clean, safe, maintained and something the communtiy can appreciate instead of look down upon.

I have compared the prices of other local skate parks and ive come up with the set goal of 25,000-50,000$ CAD. 

Lets make this a dream a reality and build a future for the new generation, thank you.
