Skatepark for Saltburn - Help build the 'S' Path!

The idea of a Skatepark in Saltburn has been talked about and championed for well over... 20 years?....If at first you don't succeed... well let's try again! We are reforming and taking up the crusade again. The time is now, so can you help us? 

Are you a parent/grandparent with young children/teenagers in Saltburn? Are you a visitor or an adult skater/BMX rider? If so, you will know there are few free facilities available. Saltburn has a huge surfing community which has the sea....there is also a large skate community with nowhere to go. With the popularity of video games and online gaming devices, we also want to promote exercise, health and social interaction with peers through a skatepark facility. Skating is for all ages!

With a new committee and a dedicated team of fundraisers, we have raised enough to meet the £25K funding shortfall and have now funded The Big Dig! Spades will soon be in the ground for the foundations of Saltburn Skatepark - but this is just the beginning! We are off the starting blocks and moving into Phases 2 and 3 to bring this incredible project to life.

Phase 2 - Help us build the ‘S’ Path!

We need to raise £54,000 to bring the ‘S’ Path to life! The Snakepath will be at the heart of the skatepark and is one of the top features the skaters in our community are looking forward to!

Phase 3

When the 'S' Path goal is reached, we will continue building the dream park! We haven’t yet funded benches, CCTV, lighting, water fountain, signage, community area, adventure playground, and other management costs.
