SIPP Coffee - Job Skills Training Program Startup
Donation protected
SIPP Coffeehouse is in works of obtaining our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. We currently are incorporated as a non-profit.
Check out our VIDEO for information surrounding this project, or have a read below.
SIPP works in hopes to employ 16-21 year olds who are at risk of dropping out of high school, have dropped out and/or are first generation-college students. We aim to provide academic support, job skills training, mentorship and scholarships through these student internships.
This campaign will be the fiscal support for our start up pilot program(s). These programs will be running May-August 2019 and September 2019-January 2020. There are specific equipment needs that are necessary to begin, as well as 3 out of our 6 student scholarships.
If you would rather purchase a specific product, you can find a link here to our Amazon wish list . The items on this list are specific equipment needs for SIPP and our pop up events this summer. The costs in this fundraiser cover additional business expenses, and equipment and student scholarship costs that Amazon is not able to provide.
So far we have raised $1,300 in local funds as well as had an espresso machine donated to us for future use.
For more information about specific needs feel free to visit us at sippcoffeehouse.org or contact us at [email redacted].
