Danielle's sinus surgery due to an infection

My name is Sheila Danielle Thompson and I  have been having pretty bad migraines and reoccurring sinus infections that make it where I can't taste, smell and hear very well, at times, but I deal with it and go on. I have also had really bad breathing problems from stuff draining into my lungs and me not being able to cough it out due to something called, bronchiectasis. Recently I got several CT scans and after 4 rounds of antibiotics I still have, what they think is a pretty severe sinus infection. My doctor told me that my surgery needs done ASAP. He is going to fix my deviated septum (so that he can get to an infection, in my upper sinuses) and he needs to clean out the infection and place splints and balls of medicine in my sinuses to help clear up the infection and keep my sinuses open. The surgery will last, at least, 2 hours. The doctor told me this a few months ago but I have just put off surgery because I didn't want to worry people and put stress on people and work during the holidays. My doctor said that my upper sinuses are completely blocked and that he doesn't know how long I have had this. I can barely breathe through my nose my sinus problem is making life hard. I take alot of OTC pain medicine to try to lesson the pain from headaches. We believe that once we get my sinuses fixed this will fix alot of my medical problems and improve my quality of life greatly. 
     I am having surgery on February 8th but I have to come up with a down payment on January 29th to even have the surgery.  That's not what I will owe to the hospital either. Please help. Times have been really tough this year and I will be missing, at least 4 weeks of work for this surgery and recovery.
