Sinisa's surgery

Please, help my nephew to walk again!!!He was injured in 2014 and never receved correct medical care until now. Now he  found a Hospital in Germany that will perform surgery to save his leg and for that he needs $25.000. After 4 years since his injury and all medical expenses he and the family don't have the money for the surgery, and he needs all the help that he can get. Please donate what you can. Thank you.
