Single mom money stoled

Caitlin is a hard working single mom of a 7 yr. She is working hard at two jobs to save up for her daughter's birthday. She lost her wallet today in Chester at the Dollar Tree. When she went back to get her wallet, someone stole $200 out if her wallet. I am just trying to help her get her money back to be able to spend it on her daughters birthday
