Simplicity Christian Academy is a mission school in the city of Allentown, Pennsylvania serving students that are learning about Jesus for the first time from their teacher, Karin Lebo. These students are receiving a quality Seventh-day Adventist Education that is catching them up academically, teaching them life skills, helping them develop stronger characters, and to depend on their new found friend - Jesus.
This is the third year that the school is in existence and all 12 students are studying to be baptized. This May 2018 the school will have its first 8th grade graduation with 4 graduates. The graduates hope to continue their education at Blue Mountain Academy next school year.
Operating a school for underserved students without strong financial backing is a significant undertaking. We need to raise money so that we can offer scholarships to at least 6 of the 12 students. It costs a minimum of $6,000 per year for one student to attend Simplicity Christian Academy. It is crucial that we raise at least $36,000 to support 6 students. Thats covers tuition of $600 a month per student to attend this life changing school.
