Very sick little man

My dachshund Mocha has been very ill over the past few months I have taken him to the vet for his liver and between all the veterinary visits and medications they have him on it has cost me over $600...I have to take him to the vet again and am not going to be able to afford it due to my own illness which caused me to be hospitalized and being out of work for the past 3 weeks. I could really use some help, Mocha is my baby and means the world to me and all I want is for him to get better.
