Sick With No Insurance

I have agoraphobia which means I find it extremely difficult to go outside. I suffer from multiple forms of anxiety and panic disorder. I lost my job and have been granted permanent disability. Unfortunately, disability makes you wait 2 years before granting Medicare. When I lost my job I lost my insurance. 
I am humbly asking for assistance to help me cover my mounting medical bills and medications, as well as household bills that have fallen behind while trying to juggle the medical costs. I have one medication that costs $350 every month. I take seven medications per month but I don’t take them as prescribed because I cannot afford to. 
I am now in jeopardy of losing my home as I am 3 months behind. I do not have much time to rectify this issue because my lease agreement has been sent to the owners’ lawyers.
