Help us survive!

I lost my job due to having a heart attack back in August. I've been unemployed since beginnong of September. I also have end stage renal disease and need dialysis 3 times a week preventing me from having a full time job and SSI pays less than half of my previous job and does not cover even the whole house payment. My friend has spent down his entire retirement savings trying to keep us afloat and no longer has anything left to help us with. This house is our home for the past several years and losing it would be heartbreaking as well as detrimental to my health as I'd have to change doctors and dialysis and such.
