Sharona Eskeets Ms. Indian World 17

Ya'at'eeh Friends and Family! My name is Sharona Eskeets, and I am excited to announce that I am participating in the 2017 Miss Indian World Pageant! This competition includes categories of cultural tribal knowledge, dancing ability, public speaking and personality assessment. The event will be part of the Gathering of Nations Pow Wow in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I am proud to represent my Navajo Tribe at this event. I carry the support of friends and family from all over, and I hope to represent the places I've lived including New Mexico, Pennsylvania, California and Utah. 

Competing has always been a distant dream of mine, but this year I thought I would do my best to make it a reality! I need help selling tickets, and covering expenses of travel and preparation. The tickets are $2.50, and i need to sell at least 500 by April 22.
