**7/19/2017 UPDATE**
DUE TO POWER OUTAGE TUESDAY NIGHT, THE TOURNAMENT WAS EXTENDED ANOTHER DAY WHICH MEANS ANOTHER HOTEL NIGHT...WE HAVE INCREASED OUR GOAL BY THIS AMOUNT. THE TEAM IS PLAYING FOR THE JR LEGION CHAMPIONSHIP TOMORROW AGAINST AIKEN OR SPARTANBURG...THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!
Congratulations to the 2017 South Florence Blue Junior Legion Baseball Team as they earn their spot in the State Championship Tournament to be held this year in Spartanburg, SC. They currently have a 26-2 record.
This trip will require Hotel Rooms, Meal Money, etc. that aren't budgeted in our seasonal budget. We are a self supported team, without the support of a Legion Post, so we raise our own funds.
We have a goal to clear $2,000 so we set our goal higher to take care of the donation fees.
We appreciate your support...any amount will help us have a great trip to Spartanburg!
