Today, March 11, marks 4 weeks since our Bonnie had her surgery in Florida. The expectation was approximately 1 week in the hospital then 6 weeks recovery at home. As many of you know, that is not the situation now.
Bonnie remains in the hospital, and will continue to be there for awhile.
Because of this turn-of-events, expenses are accumulating outside of what insurance covers, such as the hotel room for Carl to be near her and available for doctors, the cost of gas for trips back and forth to the hospital and when he may need to return to Boca, and other non-medical expenses.
The prayers have been overwhelming and very much appreciated, but many have been asking "What can I do to help?"
It is our hope that whatever is collected will ease the financial burden, so they can focus on physical recovery.
Any amount you can give will help our dear friends as they face this challenge. And as always, remember to send your strength, hope and love!
