This past school year, we made a short film for Abilene Christian University's FilmFest. At the festival, our short film, Intergalactic Tales of the Delusional Mind won every award it was elligible for- a total of 10. Upon recommendation from the judging panel and faculty from ACU, we have decided to submit to as many film festivals as possible. These festivals represent our chance to share our passion with the world. The submission costs for each of these festivals can range from $30-$75, which is where 100% of all donations will go to.
The window for submitting to these festivals is closing fast, with several festivals extended late deadlines falling at the end of this month. So for our film to have the greatest chance, we need to reach our goal no later than June 27th.
Your support in reaching this goal will mean the world to us. We've loved film since we can remember and have had a passion for filmmaking ever since we laid our hands on a camera. You won't only be supporting our short film, but you'll be supporting us. With your donation, you'll be helping us make the next step of many that can lead us to writing and directing feature film.
We believe in our short film. We financed the film out of pocket and have worked multiple jobs to do so. And our efforts haven't been in vain. They've attracted the attention of film companies, one of which we currently intern at in Birmingham, Alabama. But with your help, we can go farther.
