Send Samantha home

7 months ago my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. By the time she was told, she was already at stage 4. Since then there have been so many highs and lows. Anyone that knows my sister knows she's overcome life threatening situations more than a few times so my family were optimistic that she'd pull through and recover from this.
Sadly this morning she passed away. 
We went from planning our futures to planning her funeral. Something I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Behind she leaves a loving partner and a beautiful baby boy and girl. My heart breaks for them the most.

If there is anything I want anyone to take away from this it is this..

Show your loved ones you love them.
Express even the things you think you've made peace with.
Cherish your time with them.

My sister's last wish is to be sent home to New Zealand to be buried with my dad, to be where the majority of our family is, to be where her friends are.
Please help us fulfil her wish and send Samantha home.
