Love created her and love has guided her home to be with the Lord.
Karima Johnson (age 33), mother to Jalen and Jamari, Sister to Skip, Darshwell, and Darius and the daughter of Lavel and Cassandra has lost her battle to cancer but still lives through our memories and hearts.
During her time with us, she educated others on Cancer while speaking about her experiences at Howard University. She also spoke at DC Central Kitchen. She always shared with family and friends the importance of making healthy choices to care for your body as well. Her wisdom will remain with us as we continue to live on this earth. This fund will honor her life and so much more!
Please help lower the costs of funeral arrangements for this young mother to give space for the family to grieve. Funds will also be used to support the scholarships of Jalen, age 10 and Jamari, age 12 as well as funding needed for raising boys into men.
You may also join the family on Friday, 8/3/2018 at 8pm for a candlelight vigil at Templeton Elementary School (6001 Carters Lane • Riverdale, MD 20737)
