Send Kyle to the Rose Parade 2018

I am writing to tell you about an unbelievable privilege Kyle has been given.  As most of you know Kyle is a student at Louisburg Middle School (next year he will be a Freshmen) and has been a part of the band since 5th grade.  After trying for 10 years, our band has been chosen to march in the 129th Annual Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California on New Year's Day, 2018!  This is one of the biggest honors a band can get!  LHS band is one of the 13 bands chosen out of hundreds that applied and this is the first time that a Kansas band has been chosen in the last 20 years.  They will perform live before 1 million spectators and a TV audience of over 50 million.  Kyle gets to go, but he needs your help.
   Each student must raise $1750 to go.  Kyle is asking all family and family friends if they can help contribute to the money he'll need for this trip.  Of course, he will also be working to help earn his way on other fundraisers such as the Annual Band Garage Sale and the fall car wash.  The entire band is committed to raising the needed funds.  Their mission is to make sure that no one is left behind
