My Story
I'm Kathy Fritz, an instructional coach and founder of CREATOMsetgo, the project planning tool to incorporate design thinking into project based learning for K12 education. I found out Tuesday, October 9th that we have been shortlisted for the Reimagine Education Awards Competition sponsored by the Wharton School of Business.
What is Reimagine Education Award and Conference?
“Reimagine Education is an international competition rewarding innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes & employability with $50,000 and 17 ‘Oscars’ of Education. It culminates in a global conference for all those seeking to shape the future of education.”
Competing for the Award in San Francisco
To be considered for the final competition, I will need to attend the Reimagine Education Awards and Conference in person.
Going to San Francisco to attend this award showcase ain’t cheap and not in our budget, but could propel CREATOMsetgo to the next level: allowing us to bring this innovative process to more students and teachers across the country and world.
I Need Your Help!
I'm asking my family, friends, colleagues and supporters of innovative education to help me attend the conference to present in the showcase. I need to raise the following money:
What I Need By November 23rd:
Hotel: $750
Showcase and Prep Materials: $500
What's Been Paid!
Conference Fees: $900
Airfare: $500
Total Needed: $2700
