Send Erica to Africa

Hi friends!
For as long as I can remember, Africa has tugged at my heart. After a few attempts at pursuing Africa on my own and backing out because something didn't feel right, I was presented with an opportunity to serve in Kenya and Uganda with the organization Under the Same Tree (check it out here: https://www.underthesametree.com)! Under the Same Tree exists to partner with local initiatives in communities faced with the effects of extreme poverty around the world, working to equip these communities to prevent key poverty-related vulnerabilities through economic empowerment. Even the dates are perfect: I'll be traveling August 12th-27th, returning the day before I begin school! God is crazy cool and there isn't a single part of this that has or will happen without Him.
