Isabella was diagnosed with narcolepsy just before her 7th birthday. Since then she's struggled with the feeling of being the only one. She is sometimes teased or made fun of due to her narcolepsy with cataplexy. She is the youngest that her sleep doctor has ever seen and her regular pediatrician has never seen another case in our area. Even though she's only been diagnosed for almost 3 years she still struggles with acceptance and understanding of her disorder. This opportunity to attend will open her eyes to the fact she's not alone!  During this event she will learn more about kids like her, and hopefully can grasp more understanding on how to recognize her narcoleptic and catapletic triggers.    If you know Isabella then you know just how sweet and how huge her heart is, but under her smile is a little girl who's scared that she's all alone.  Please help us get to Texas where we can meet up with other families and children of narcolepsy!  We finally found our tribe, please help us get back to see them!
