Alaina & Kev (Ernie) to Training

Ernesto (Ernie) met the last of his new family members yesterday evening, based on the photos things are off to a good start.


Alaina is 18 years of age and has been searching for a rescue dog to train to be her companion, to go with her shopping, the doctor, hospitals, and for a stroll around the block.


We are all pulling for Ernesto to be that dog for her and soon the official training will need to begin.


We would love for our KEI Family of adopters, volunteers, and supporters to help them on their journey in donating to the Alaina and Ernie Fundraiser to cover the expense of training.


They will be needed to attend and pass Beginner's Obedience, Advanced Obedience, AKC Canine Good Citizen class and test, and therapy class.


Sessions are 6 weeks long and cost $120 per session. 4 classes x $120 equals $480.00 for training that will last a lifetime as they count on each other.


In agreement with Alaina we will pay the fees from the fund and should they decide to not continue at any point, the funds will be used for training other KEI dogs.
