Aggie Judoka Pan Am - World Trials

Help Aggie Judoka, Adrian Bernal, attend four summer events. One is a domestic event that can qualify him for the 2018 USA Judo Junior World Team. The other two are international championships, which he will represent the USA and his university, Texas A&M . The funds raised will help offset the cost of airline tickets and lodging.

Adrian went 3-1 at the IJF Junior Pan American Championships. He brought back a Bronze medal.
Update 6/26/18
Adrian won the USA Judo Junior Olympic 81 kg division and is now on the USA Judo Junior World Team. The IJF World Junior Championships in the Bahamas in mid-October.
June 22-24, 2018. USA Judo Junior Olympics and World Trials. Spokane, Washington. The gold medalist is selected to represent USA Judo at the 2018 IJF Junior World Championships. Approximate cost $1000 (airfare, lodging and entry fee)
July 5-7, 2018. IJF Junior Pan American Championships. Buenos Aires, Argentina. This trip is a self funded trip. USA Judo will not provide any funds to those attending the championships. Approximate cost $2000 (airfare & lodging)
July 18-25, 2018. FISU America Games. Sao Paulo, Brazil. The athletes are receiving minimal funding from the NCJA but they are attempting to raise funds for the entire team. Approximate cost $4000 (airfare & room and board for 7 nights)
July 27-28, 2018. US Junior International Open. Ft Lauderdale, FL.
