Sēb's Fitness Equipment
Tax deductible
My name is Keithan Holiday. I would like to introduce you to my son Sēbian and Sēb’s Recreation Center, a unique recreation center and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to cater to those with special needs. At the age of three, Sēbian was diagnosed with muscular myopathy, a terminal illness that deteriorates muscle. When he was eleven years old, he expressed his desire to open up a recreation center for people like himself. At the time, we struggled to find activities that we could both participate in at the same time, under the same roof. Therefore, he wanted to design a place for people with disabilities to be able to come with their families, friends and caregivers with everyone being able to participate in some type of activity, regardless of their disability. His ideas for activities at this center included fitness, arts and crafts, video games and movies. In addition to creating a comfortable environment for those with special needs, he wanted to bring awareness to the general population about the daily struggles of the disabled and those who care for them.
On January 19, 2018, we opened our doors for business but are still in need of four pieces of fitness equipment that will help strengthen and enable those with special needs. My son and I humbly thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
