Bloomfield School District is the proud home of TWO of this year's State SeaPerch advancers. SeaPerch is an innovative underwater robotics program that equips teachers and students with the resources they need to build an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle.
Team -ley Marie received FIRST place in the State in the open class of this year's competition and team Water Dragons claimed third! Team DJQ was not far behind with 6th. The first and third place finishers will be competing at the International SeaPerch Competition at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth June 1-3. Please help these 7 kids and their coaches get to the competition. There are registration fees, meals, campus lodging, and flights to be covered.
These kids are so excited to represent our state, our county, and our school in Boston! All donations are largely appreciated!
