The Demidovich Wedding
A Costa Rican Wedding was set to happen on April 15, 2015.
Kylie and Brent are truly Soul Mates. They have been together for four years but have known one another their entire lives. Kylie has DREAMED of this day with THIS man her entire life. Brent never thought he would marry until him and Kylie got together and he found the meaning of true love.
Kylie and Brent planned every last detail for their 60 guests and this was going to be the BEST week of their life, so they thought. Life doesn't always go as planned.
Upon arriving in Costa Rica on April 11th, a tragedy occurred and the beautiful bride's mother was airlifted to the hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica. She has endured two operations on her brain and still remains in the care of the doctors in San Jose. Kylie, Brent, Jessica (bride's sister) and her boyfriend Dave all rushed to be by Sherry & Jeff's side.
Kylie and Brent both agreed that a wedding could not take place without Sherry (the bride's mother) being there. So, they postponed their Costa Rican wedding (and were not able to recoup most of their costs associated with the wedding).
Kylie and Brent had a honeymoon planned travelling the rainforest and staying in treetops but they have cancelled their plans to be with Kylie's mom in the hospital in San Jose.
This whole experience has really reminded everyone the real meaning of a wedding.....True love. Two becoming one, while being surrounded by people you love. None of the other details matter.
Sherry is healing quickly and the doctors say she is one "strong woman." We are so grateful for the doctors in San Jose and Sherry's strong will. I know how important it is for Sherry to be with Kylie on her wedding day. I want to help make this happen.
These two belong together. They are one of the best couples I have ever known. I want to be able to help give Kylie and Brent their NEW dream wedding. A completely simple wedding surrounded by those they love and who love them including one of the most important people, Kylie's mother, Sherry.
Anything you can give is much appreciated to help these two start off their life together as Mr. & Mrs. Demidovich.
