Help My Baby She needs more tests!

Look who is home!!! She is still not 100%. Her infection has to go away with antibiotics and hot warm compresses and in two weeks she still has to get surgery to have her mammary gland removed and be spayed. Keep D's in your prayers and hope that the infection stays controlled. So today my pup woke up crying and shaking and come to find out she has a mass on one of her breasts. Its rock hard and swollen. She needs medical attention, but times are tough right now. Our rent has been raised, our bills are so high and now to be hit with this is totally unexpected. I'm hoping to reach out and get some help to get my baby girl of pain. I hate seeing her like this.  I have had her for 10 years and will do anything for her, she is my Baby!!!! Anything will help, even just sharing this posting. Thank you!!!!
