My baby cousin, 47 years of age with 3 beautiful children, was just diagnosed with 2 - Grade 4 GleoBlastoma’s in his brain. He has a very difficult road ahead of him and the last thing he needs to worry about is how the bills will be paid.

His daugter will be enerting college in the fall and his 2 sons are in highschool and middle school. They all need help to try and keep their lives as normal as possible.

My cousin is a wonderful human being with a generous heart and a sense of humor that will keep anyone laughing. He has spent every adult moment of his life working and playing with his children. Please don’t let that smile disappear and help to reduce the suffering about to come into his and his children’s lives.

FromScott’s brother Mitchell.

It is with a extremely heavy heart i am sharing the passing of my brother Scott. He was surrounded by family and friends and was at peace. On behalf of myself and my brother Craig and our Mom Arlene, and all of our extended family we would like to thank everyone who made his life special. Over the past month I have seen how many peoples lives he touched. Love and thanks to all.

Hello Everyone. I am Fran Rosenbluth,Scott’s 1st cousin, and I set this Gofundme campaign in motion. I did that so Scott could focus on treatment and fight to get well. I didn’t want money to be a burden to him or cause him any undue stress during this extremely difficult time.

During this past month Scott has seen many doctors, recovered from brain surgery, was in the hospital, rehab, moved out of his home and into his mom’s home.

The surgery caused severe issues to his left side and You time moved on headaches began. The headaches are very bad and caused Scott to not be able to eat and instead began vomiting.

He This week Scott was to begin his radiation finding a radiologist close to home to eliminate the long drives to Miami. However Scott came down with a headache that was so bad he was taken to the hospital. At the hospital he was admitted him to the Intensive Care Unit where they can give him the medical attention he needs and medication to make him comfortable.

While there he had an MRI that showed the tumors were growing and were all over his brain. They determined that treatment is no longer an option for Scottie. He was moved to hospice today. Mitchell told me the hospice is very nice and peaceful and Scott is comfortable and not in pain.

Family is around him and more family is on its way. This is the most difficult time I have ever experienced of late and I don’t expect that anyone will be able to reconcile something like this. However having said that we all have learned the capacity each of us has to help someone in need. Your contributions have been incredible and from the bottom of my heart I could never thank each and everyone of you enough. These funds you have all contributed are and will continue to be used for the expenses no 47 year old man with 3 children would ever be prepared to handle.

Thank you everyone. This is my last post because I am leaving to go spend time with my cousin.

Scott had a very difficult visit to the doctor last Friday December 8th. Upon arriving he had a seizure and after testing it was discovered that the tumors had already grown since his brain surgery.

The doctor wants to be aggressive in his treatment and he will begin radiation and chemo therapy 5 days a week. He will lose his hair and in an effort to support him his son and brother all joined him in hair loss.

Scott has been overwhelmed by everyone's support and would like to say thank you. I would like to say thank you on behalf of myself and Scott's family because the outpouring of love and emotion not to mention the contributions have shown me the kindness people have for each other.

Please continue to share and post and write as many well wishes as you want on the campaign page. Mitchell and his mom share them with Scott everyday. Thank you again. Cousin Fran

12/6/2017 Scottie is going again this Friday to the doctor (radiologist oncologist) to map out the sites where he will receive his radiation treatments.

While receiving radiation he will also be recieving his chemo therapy. He will be making trips (maybe daily) to Deerfield Beach for treatment and trips to Miami for progress check ups. This promises to be very tiring for Scott and His caretakers (Mom - My Aunt Arlene, and my other cousin , Scott's brother Mitchell) It will also be a source of stressful concern for his brother Craig living in NY.) They will need hotel rooms on some occasions when it is too hard for Scott to make trips back and forth, and food on those occasions. Scott continues to have NO use of his left side of his body making standing, walking and everything you can imagine very difficult.

Your generosity has been beyond anything I could have dreamed for my cousin, but please let's not forget about it because he will need so much more. His care is going to come at a tremendous financial strain and that is the only thing we can help with right now.

So, please continue to give and continue to share the campaign with everyone you know. Let's get out globally. I love my cousin Scott and I know the kindness of humanity will not let him down.
