School supplies for Bolivia

Hi everyone!
The objective of this fundraising is to give basic school supplies to children in a rural town of La Paz, Bolivia. The goal is to deliver the school supplies during the third week of February 2017 which is when school starts in Bolivia.
100% of all funds collected will be going to Bolivia, where people in charge of a charity in this town will buy the supplies, ship them and the teachers will deliver them to the school. Your donation will help buy a bag containing the following: 1 or 2 notebooks, a black pen, a red pen, a blue pen, a box of twelve colored pencils, a pencil sharpener, an eraser and a glue stick.
We need to raise $1500 in order to buy supplies for all the children. If we raise more we will buy back packs for them too.
I am Lorena Prado, originally from Bolivia and I have lived between Europe and United States for sexteen years. I have always been in touch with children as a volunteer or working with them. However, the living condition for children in Bolivia is very different compared with other countries where I have been.
‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world’ said N. Mandela and I think this basic and small donation to these children will help them to keep studying and encourage them. They'll see tgat there are many people who care about their education and we can make this world better if we help the little ones get an education.

El objetivo de esta recaudación de fondos es proveer material básico escolar a niños de un pueblo rural de La Paz, Bolivia (Inquisivi). El objetivo es entregar material escolar durante la tercera semana de Febrero, mes que coincide con el inicio de clases en Bolivia.
El 100% de los fondos recolectados irán a Bolivia, donde voluntarios del pueblo comprarán el material, lo transportarán y lo entregarán junto a los profesores del colegio del pueblo. Con tu donación ayudarás a comprar una bolsa con: 1 ó 2 cuadernos; un bolígrafo negro, azul y rojo; una caja de doce colores; un lápiz; un sacapuntas; una goma; y un barra de pegamento.
Se necesita recaudar un total de 1.500$ para que la donación llegue a todos los niños. Si la recaudación supera la suma se compraran mochilas.
Yo soy Lorena Prado, originalmente de Bolivia y vivo entre Europa y Estados Unidos durante dieciséis años. Siempre he estado en contacto con niños como voluntaria o trabajando con ellos. Sin embargo, las condiciones de vida de niños en Bolivia es muy diferente comparado a otras ciudades en las que he vivido.
‘La educación es el arma más ponderosa que puedes usar para cambiar el mundo’ dijo N. Mandela y personalmente pienso que este proyecto animará a los niños a seguir estudiando y verán que mucha gente piensa en ellos y su educación. Todos nosotros podemos hacer un mundo mejor si ayudamos a los más pequeños a acceder a una buena educación.
