Hi, my name is Juris Efneris. I truly believe that every dream is reachable, however sometimes it is necessary to stop and ask for support to move forward. Together we are able to make a difference.
Unfortunately my financial situation is putting my participation in AMFI Honors program at risk.
Program is offered without cost, whole program is payed by AMFI, still Fashion & Design studies are costly; not only because of the amount of material needed to collect from multiple sampling and developing collection itself- but also because of the practical nature of the training which is taking almost all student's (free) time and makes it particularly impossible to keep a paid job next to it, and be able to pay my everyday bills. To date I am endeavored to keep up and fight back my limitations.
I am a second year student at HVA, Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI - http://amfi.nl/). Institute is ranked as the 20th best fashion school in the world (2015). AMFI priority is creative and talented people who are able to work hard for their passion. Passion for fashion and dedication has awarded me with AMFI's Honors program - an exclusive program that goes beyond the regular semesters. Only few most talented AMFI design students (12) are eligible to take part in the program.
About AMFI Fashion & Design program:
Purpose of the AMFI’s Honors program is to push extra talented students further by developing a fashion collection in close collaboration with (inter) national fashion design teachers and industry experts. Honors program is a unique possibility to jumpstart young and gifted student careers. For example AMFI alumni Bram van Diepen, working as Senior Designer at renowned fashion house Louis Vuitton, and Danial Aitouganov, working as Junior Designer at Chloé both have completed the Honors program.
I will be thankful for any amount of support, because I want to expand my talent in order to give my investment in fashion design. I am student who is hard working and ambitious on the way to reach my goals. This support is crucial for me and it will enable me to keep dreaming big and working hard towards my ambitions.

Lai sasniegtu savus sapņus, jādara viss iespējamais!
Sveiki, mani sauc Juris Efneris. Ticu, ka sapņus ir iespējams īstenot, tikai dažkārt nākas uz mirkli apstāties punktos, kuros nepieciešama līdzcilvēku palīdzība, lai virzītos tālāk. Šādā punktā esmu apstājies pašlaik.
Jau kopš 9 gadu vecuma, kad mamma mani pirmo reizi aizveda uz mākslas skolu, zināju, ka mākslai manā dzīvē būs īpaša nozīme, un es darīšu visu, lai mākslas nozarē sasniegtu augstākos mērķus. Nu jau vairākus gadus esmu mērķtiecīgi virzījis savu karjeru modes dizaina pasaulē un zinu, ka lielākie panākumi vēl tikai priekšā. Lai tos sasniegtu, ir nepieciešams finansiālais atbalsts.
Pašlaik studēju vienā no 20 pasaules labākajām modes dizaina augstskolām – Amsterdamas Modes Institūtā (AMFI - http://amfi.nl/). Intensīvais darbs studijās ir novērtēts, un esmu izvēlēts kā viens no 12 labākajiem modes dizaina studentiem ar iespēju piedalīties Institūta Goda studentu programmā. Taču, lai tajā pilnvērtīgi startētu, ir nepieciešami finansiāli līdzekļi, kas sedz programmas izmaksas, kā arī uzturēšanās izdevumus visas vasaras garumā (diemžēl, dalību programmā nav iespējams apvienot ar algotu darbu).
Par AMFI Modes un Dizaina nodaļu (angļu valodād) :
Goda studentu programma sniedz iespēju pilnveidot zināšanas modes pasaulē, praktizējot tās reālā darbā un tādā veidā liekot stabilu pamatu karjerai. Programmas ietvaros man, kā vienam no 12 Goda studentiem būs iespēja veidot kolekciju pasaules līmeņa modes ekspertu un pasniedzēju vadībā. Programma ilgs piecus mēnešus un tās laikā paredzēts izveidot oriģinālu un inovatīvu modes dizaina kolekciju, kas 2017.gada augusta beigās tiks reprezentēta profesionālā foto sesijā un modes skatē.
Būšu pateicīgs par jebkāda apjoma finansiālu atbalstu, jo vēlos izmantot man sniegto iespēju, attīstīt savu talantu un pēc laika sniegt arī savu ieguldījumu modes dizaina pasaulē kā Latvijā, tā ārpus tās.
