Scholastic Super Science Magazines for 4th Graders

I teach a great group of students at a Title I school. They are almost all low-income. These kiddos are thoughtful, insightful, and full of questions! They are book-loving, avid readers, and enthusiastic learners.

Scholastic publishes magazines for kids that kids LOVE. Scholastic Super Science is a classroom magazine that I just know my fourth graders will love, love, love! With this subscription, students will have access to current events in science and exposure to places and things they may never have the opportunity to explore. We are in a very rural community and some of my children haven't ever been even 50 miles from their homes. In addition, they will also be building valuable reading skills.

Many of them have so little to call their own. In the past I have paid for the subscription to Scholastic News Magazines for my students. They love having their own copy! I just cannot afford to subscribe to this magazine this year and I really want them to have access to it.
