Emergency Expenses

I never thought I would need to start a GoFundMe page, but life has recently shown me that we may need to ask for help to make it through. On Wednesday, June 8th I was on my way home to my wife and 4 kids after picking up my bike from the shop. I was coming off I-170 to I-270 and a car hit me on the side pushing me into the car on the other side of me in a pin ball effect. My bike and I tumbled down the highway and I came to a stop on my back under a car. The car that started all this pulled off and left the scene. I was rushed to the emergency room and admitted with a broken tibia, torn ACL, blood on my knee, and quite a bit of road rash. During this time I've had the help and support of my immediate family at the hospital and with my kids.
I have no idea what's to come but I'll be immobile for weeks to come. In addition to all this, a week or more ago we received a letter from our landlord stating that she was terminating our lease and my family had to move by the end of the month. Our overly observant neighbor called the landlord daily and at times even the authorities on our 8 and 12 year old boys playing in our front and back yards. In less than a month we have to be packed and moved and now with this accident I'm going to be no help. I have no way, physically or financially, to make any of this happen. Short of a miracle I fear my family and lively hood is falling apart. I'm grateful for any help.
