Schilling’s Worth It

Have you ever enjoyed one of John Schilling’s trip reports, laughed or cried as you pushed your bike through one of his routes, learned more about bikepacking, gained new friends on one of his trips, enjoyed a trailside margarita that he (or his wife Kara) provided, or any number of things or ways he’s provided for the mountain bike community? This year he also took on race director duties for the AZTR. If you know him, you know he goes above and beyond for everyone, and helps out at his own expense. He never asks for anything, but gives much. So, we are asking on his behalf, because you know he wouldn’t ask for it himself!

Schilling needs your help. While saving up, planning, and training for the Tour Divide, he recently had some major financial setbacks that have now made his TD dream look like it might not happen. 

It’s time to step up and help our friend who gives so generously!  Let’s  make sure he gets to the grand sufferfest that is the TD. We need to make sure he doesn’t miss out on some quality hike a bike and grade A saddle sores. Just imagine the trip reports and dot stalking quality that the “JS” dot provides you!
