Alex's Recovery
Donation protected
On January 1st we found my brother in his bedroom unresponsive and turning blue in the face from not breathing. We were sure he was gone. Once in the hospital we were told we needed a miracle. He's so incredibly lucky to be alive but unfortunately the "easy" part is over. With thorough research and communication with many places we landed on one that we felt could give my brother the proper care he needs and a second chance at life. However, not only are the hospital bills piling up, this recovery facility we would like to send him to isn't entirely covered by insurance. We aren't the type of family to ask for help very often, we are usually the ones that try to give it, but at this time we have to put that aside. We refuse to put a price tag on his life and deny him the recovery he needs and deserves. Anything and everything can help. My parents and I have all been out of work due to this and do not know when we would be mentally or emotionally capable of returning. Our only goal is to see my brother happy and healthy again but we can't do it alone.
