Hi Everyone,
As many of you know, I am fighting a very rare cancer. I have had two horrible surgeries. One in April of 2015, and another major one on June 15, 2015.
The recovery was dabilitating, and caused serious complications with an open wound. This required visiting nurses every day, and unbearable pain.
I am currently in treatment, everday radiation, and chemotherapy once a week. This causes me extreme exhaustion, and I require a lot of sleep.
The road to recovery is a hard one. I have not been alone. I have support from family and friends, of that I am extremely grateful.
Before my diagnosis, I had actively been seeking employment, with out any luck. I have been grossly underemployed. I believe I have been a victim of age decrimination.
As a result, I am having difficulty just paying rent as a single woman, while in cancer care.
It humbles me to request any assistance any of you are able to donate. I am simply trying to get by with rent and food.
I will be in treatment for four to five weeks more. Sometimes treatment is delayed because of the horrible pain it causes.
The pain medication is not covered by insurance, despite my Doctor's best effort to make me comfortable.
You are my worriors, and I would be grateful for every dime any one could donate.

By the way, this is my second battle with cancer. I had breast cancer five years ago also.
