Sawyer's Medical Expenses

Sawyer has been hospitalized since Monday the 8th with acute hepatitis (infection/inflammation of the liver), and Neutropenia, low white blood cell count. Primarily his neutrophils level which is the part of the white blood cells that fight bacterial infection. They have been drawing blood daily and running a multitude of test to try to pinpoint why his liver and neutrophils are reacting this way and so far have come up with only the common cold virus, Human Corona Virus! Today he is getting a bone marrow biopsy, MRI and an MRCP. If all 3 are normal he may get a liver biopsy. His immediate future is to remain in the hospital til all tests are complete. He is holding up incredibly well. He amazes me everyday. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Thank You!
